Please read our Shipping & Returns information carefully. We strive to keep you happy with your purchases, and our policies here will help ensure you have all the information you need to delighful experience with Castle Hound Designs.
Shipping Information
We use Canada Post exclusively as our shipper. The shipping cost includes a small handling fee of $1.50 to cover the cost of packaging. Because our shipping cost is based on weight, the weight you see in the Prodcut Descrition section is the SHIPPING WEIGHT - the item itself weighs less. If you need to know the exact weight of the item, please CONTACT US BEFORE you buy the item.
Returns Information
MEASURING YOUR DOG
The most important thing you can do to ensure you're happy with your designer dog wear, is to measure your dog very carefully. If you're still unsure please contact us and we will try to help you. However, you know your dog the best, so you are ultimatley responsible for making sure you have taken all the right steps to assure a good fit. Make sure you indicate the breed of your dog in the box provided for this purpose in the checkout process so we can let you know if the collar and size you selected is appropriate for your breed.
We can not accept returns on items if they don't fit. If your product arrives damaged, please contact your shipper.
OUR DESIGNS
We create all our collars and designer dog accsessories with only the finest fabrics and findings. The downside of this means that sometimes the quantities of our supplies are limited, and our stock of a specific collar or coat may change somewhat from what you see in the photos.
In addition, some items may be discontinued at any time, if our suppliers cannot restock our inventory of raw materials to our satisfaction. So eventhough only some of Castle Hound Designs items are noted as Limited Editions, you should probably consider them all to be, to avoid disapointment. If you see something you like, order it now. No, it's not a blatant sales pitch, but over the years I have seen too many buyers heartbroken when the find out that we can longer produce a favorite style because our supplies are exhausted.
